It's That Time Of Year Again - Football

Football started last month for our family. My sports nut is having a blast this year. This is his 4th year playing football and it's been lots of fun watching him grow in the sport. There was quit a shake up in his division this year and he is playing for a new couch. I was a little hesitant at first, but I love his new couch. He has really aloud the sports nut to explore and develop his talent in other positions "GO BLUE" This is from his first game, he got the tackle
This was an awesome play, he was able to strip the ball from the QB.
I just thought this was kind of funny, I love the look on the other kids face as he's being push out of the way.
Next weekend girls soccer begins

Butter Baked Chicken

Well I've just spent 30minutes trying to come up with a cute and fun paragraph about this chicken, and nothing is coming to mind except it's good and easy. So that's all you get for today.

1 sleeve ritz crackers or any butter flavored cracker
1-1 1/2 tsp house seasoning
3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts(cut into strips)
2 eggs beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/2c. butter, cut into pieces

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

crush your ritz crackers- I do this in a zip lock bag

to the crackers, add the house seasoning - you can place this mixture into a bowl and dip the chicken in individually. I just like to do it this way because I get less of a mess.

In a bowl mix your eggs and milk, dip your chicken pieces into the egg mixture to coat.

place chicken into the ziplock bag with the cracker mixture, zip closed and shake.

Place coated chicken in a 9X13 baking dish and place butter pieces around the chicken. Bake for 40 minutes. My kids like this served with Ranch Dressing on the side. Quick easy and yummy.
