Honey Butter

This is so simple to make and a sweet treat on any biscuit, cornbread, muffin or scone.



1/2 c. butter - room temperature

1/3c. honey


In a bowl add butter and honey

Beat until creamy. You can do this by hand or use a mixer

Serve at room temperature.
